Ordering

Orders can be received by us via our online shop or Email on our website. Once we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation E-mail and you will be deemed to have agreed to and are bound by these Terms. Alternatively post your order to 12 Firlands Road, Torquay, Devon, TQ2 8EW otherwise telephone or fax us on 01803 314336 where we will be happy to take your order.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards via a secure server. If you prefer you can send a cheque that should be made payable to Flutterbies along with your order. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. All prices quoted include VAT. If the credit card details you enter are queried by your credit card company or yourself, we will pass any fee on to you and it will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card.

Delivery

Most items are in stock and can be dispatched within a few days. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days but some items can take longer. If we anticipate a delay in dispatch or delivery, we will endeavour to inform you by email, phone or post and give you the options to cancel or obtain a refund at all times. Our standard delivery charge is £3.95. For next day delivery (please telephone or e-mail for a quote) orders must be received by 1pm or goods will not be dispatched until the following day and any orders (including First Class Recorded Delivery) received after 1.00 p.m. on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. If you would like any of the goods delivered outside the UK, please telephone or e-mail for a quote.

Stock

We endeavour to maintain our stock levels however, on occasions certain products may be unavailable. If this occurs we will inform you by E-mail or telephone to give alternate choices otherwise a refund will be given. Though we will endeavour that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate errors may occur. We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfil orders at old or erroneous prices. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we discover an error in a description we will advise you about it as soon as possible. However, every care has been made to describe items as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur in colour, texture, shade or general appearance from that shown on our website.

Returns

Whilst we are completely confident you will be very happy with your purchases, if you are not satisfied you may return your goods within 7 working days after the day of delivery and returning the goods at the Customer’s own cost. On receipt of the goods, unused and in its original packaging a full refund or exchange will be offered. This right must be exercised by the Customer and not the recipient of the goods. We would advise that you use recorded delivery for returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us. These clauses will not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

Flutterbies are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect and use the information about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will ensure that information we hold is accurate and up to date. On receipt, if any inaccuracies are found these will be amended promptly.
